* Order Processing Time: Orders placed before 6pm on Monday to Friday will typically be processed and shipped within 14 business days. Orders placed after 6pm or on weekends will be processed the following business day.
* Shipping Confirmation: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information.
* Order Tracking: You can track your order’s progress through the provided tracking link.

* Refrigerated Shipping: For orders containing fresh mushrooms, we recommend choosing our refrigerated shipping option to ensure optimal freshness upon arrival.

Order Changes & Cancellations

* Order Changes: We strive to fulfill your order accurately. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes after your order has been shipped.
* Order Cancellations: If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We will attempt to cancel your order before it is shipped. However, if your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel or refund it.

Damaged or Missing Items
